Growing together in faith, love and unity across Turkana County.
The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. The BIBLE WAY RESTORATION MINISTRIES has sixteen (16) doctrines that form the Statement of Fundamental Truths, intended as a basis of fellowship among us — that we all speak the same thing (1 Corinthians 1:10; Acts 2:42).
These truths are non-negotiable beliefs that all BIBLE WAY RESTORATION MINISTRIES Churches and organs adhere to. The phraseology employed in this Statement is not inspired nor contended for, but the truth set forth is held to be essential to a full-gospel ministry. No claim is made that it covers all Biblical truth, except that it covers our need as to these fundamental doctrines. Since our founding in 1997, we have grown from a small gathering of believers into a thriving ministry reaching rural and interior communities across Turkana.
Three pillars that have shaped everything we are and everything we do.
To see a transformed Turkana where the love of Christ is known, felt, and lived out in every community — raising leaders who carry the mission forward for generations.
We are focused on spreading the ministry to underserved communities, especially in the remotest regions. We believe the gospel should be preached to everyone, and we are committed to going, teaching, praying, and helping the needy through acts of compassion. Every mile into the interior, every life touched, is a testimony of God's faithfulness.
To restore mankind to God the Creator in response to the call of our Lord Jesus Christ of "going into all the World and preaching the Gospel to every creature."
Making disciples of Christ, teaching them to observe whatsoever He commands — Matthew 28:19–20; Mark 16:15. We dream of more churches planted, more communities transformed, and more young people raised up as leaders. The harvest in Turkana is plentiful, and we are committed to being faithful labourers.
At Bible Way Restoration Ministries, located in the heart of Lodwar Town, Turkana County, Kenya, our core mandate is to restore mankind to God the Creator.
As a regional center, we are committed to fulfilling this mission by spreading the Gospel to every creature and making them disciples of Christ. We are devoted to transforming lives both spiritually and physically — sharing the gospel, supporting the needy, mentoring youth and families, and nurturing believers through prayer, counselling, and fellowship. Faith accompanied by actions.
"I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought." — 1 Corinthians 1:10
Dedicated leaders guiding the church with wisdom, humility, and faith.
A kind, humble, and generous servant of God dedicated to serving the church and community with love and compassion.
He leads with wisdom, faith, and integrity. Under his guidance, the ministry has grown significantly — reaching communities that once had little access to the Gospel. He leads not from authority alone, but from a heart of genuine service and love for every soul in Turkana and beyond.
Providing guidance, accountability, and pastoral care to the congregation.
Our elders are the pillars of the church — men of proven character who support the leadership, shepherd the flock, and ensure the ministry remains grounded in truth and love. Each elder brings years of spiritual wisdom and life experience that strengthens the church from within, always pointing the congregation back to Christ.
Leading the congregation into God's presence through powerful praise and worship every Sunday.
Our worship team are ministers first. With every song and every lyric, they seek to create an atmosphere where hearts are open and God is glorified. They grow spiritually through Bible study, prayer, discipleship, fellowship and community service — and that devotion shows in every service.
Taking the Gospel to the rural and interior regions of Turkana and beyond with love and courage.
Our evangelism team embodies the heart of our ministry — that everyone, no matter how remote or forgotten, deserves to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. They distribute food, share the Gospel, pray for the sick, and plant seeds of faith in communities hungry for truth and transformation.
The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. It is our ultimate guide for life and ministry.
We hold sixteen doctrines that form our Statement of Fundamental Truths — non-negotiable beliefs that all BIBLE WAY RESTORATION MINISTRIES churches adhere to. Scripture is not just a reference; it is our foundation, our compass, and our daily bread.
We serve others selflessly, reflecting the love of Christ in every act of kindness across Turkana.
From feeding the hungry to sitting with the grieving, from welcoming the stranger to praying for the sick — compassion is the language we speak. People need to feel loved before they can truly hear the Gospel, and we take that seriously in everything we do.
Taking the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the rural and interior regions of Turkana and beyond is central to our calling.
The Great Commission is not optional for us — it is our heartbeat. We go. We send. We give. We pray. Evangelism is not a programme we run; it is the reason we exist as a ministry. We believe the Gospel has the power to transform any life, in any village, in any language.
We are stronger together. "That all of you agree with one another... perfectly united in mind and thought." — 1 Corinthians 1:10
Unity is not just a value we preach — it is the atmosphere we cultivate in every fellowship, prayer meeting, and outreach. We invest in relationships: knowing each other's names, stories, and struggles. A church that is truly united is a church that truly reflects the heart of God.
